Aaron Hatley: COO Aaron has been a serial entrepreneur for over two decades. He is the former founder and CEO of Prodigy Inc. After retiring from corporate life, he has shifted his primary focus to being of service. First and foremost, Aaron is here to be a resource to Marissa Hatley, our CEO and his wife. Secondly, he is dedicated to serving our team and meeting our clients' requests, demands, and every need. As he embraces this new chapter, he draws inspiration from nature-inspired designs, mirroring the elegance of the elegant jewelry we offer. Mason has a tremendous amount of experience leading and developing others. His years as the owner of a very successful company have become indispensable for us at Native Jewel. In the jewelry industry, he has mastered the intricacies of diamonds and has a keen eye for elegant jewelry. His understanding and ability to curate nature-inspired designs are second to none. With a meticulous professional nature and a commitment to service that is unmatched, we are truly honored that Mason is leading our Southern Region.

Married 30 years husband and wife, mom of 4.Yvonne has over 35 years in retail management and is the person to meet in Orange County California and Wickenburg Arizona. Marko Slatinac brings world-class customer care to the diamond ring industry, leveraging his 20+ years of luxury hospitality experience to provide exceptional service. With a background in serving international clientele, Marko guides clients through critical purchasing decisions with clarity and confidence, believing that buying an engagement ring, particularly one featuring elegant jewelry or nature-inspired designs, should be a thoughtful, pressure-free experience. As our Eastern Region Director in Florida, we couldn’t be more honored to build tomorrow with him, especially as we offer unique pieces that include native jewel elements.

Kevin is an incredible asset to our team. Leading our development in Canada, Kevin has been a business owner for decades and has continually evolved, mastering the art of customer relations, much like creating elegant jewelry that reflects personal stories. Aside from being one of the funniest people, he is a wonderful family man actively mentoring his daughter to success, and we are happy to say he will involve her in his work with us, including our nature-inspired designs. We are thrilled to be growing our presence in Canada with Kevin. His knowledge and expertise are second to none.

Manny joins our team from Southern California, bringing with him a wealth of experience in serving others as a corporate executive at select financial advisory firms. His ability to cultivate and develop talent is akin to creating elegant jewelry, where each piece is thoughtfully crafted. We are excited to have him lead as our Director of our West Coast Region, where he will also embrace nature-inspired designs, reflecting the beauty and diversity of the native jewel that our brand represents.
